WEP Solutions Appoints New Directors, Re-appoints Two Independent Directors

WEP Solutions Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 10, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Dr. Gaurav Nigam as Additional Director and Whole-time Director, designated as Senior Executive Director, effective July 10, 2026, for a term of three years. He will also continue his role as Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Mr. Sanjeev Arora and Mr. Deepak Jain were appointed as Additional Directors in the capacity of Independent Directors. Mrs. Vandana Malaiya and Mrs. Shruti Agarwal were re-appointed as Independent Directors. All appointed directors are compliant with SEBI and Companies Act regulations.
