WEP Solutions Ltd: Management Reshuffle in Finance Department

WEP Solutions Ltd announced significant changes in its finance leadership following a Board of Directors meeting on August 8, 2026. Mr. Pradeep S has been re-assigned from Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) to Chief Financial Advisor (Senior Management Personnel). Concurrently, Mr. C. Muniramaiah has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel). Both changes are effective from August 10, 2026. Mr. Pradeep S brings over 28 years of experience, while Mr. Muniramaiah, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, has more than 17 years of experience in finance leadership roles across various industries.
