Shri Rajendra Jain has been re-appointed as an Executive Director for a further period of 2 years effective July 31, 2026. Shri Virendraa Bangur has been re-appointed as the Joint Managing Director for a further period of 3 years effective June 26, 2026. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
