Rajendra Sethia Acquires 0.02% Stake in Western Carriers

Rajendra Sethia, Promoter and Chairman and Managing Director of Western Carriers (India) Limited, has acquired 20,000 equity shares of the company. This acquisition represents 0.020% of the paid-up capital and was made on the open market on June 24, 2026. Following this transaction, Sethia's total holding in the company increased to 72.824% of the total share capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
