Rajendra Sethia, Promoter and Chairman and Managing Director of Western Carriers (India) Limited, has acquired 66,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 5/- each. This acquisition represents 0.065% of the company's paid-up capital. The transaction, which occurred on September 29, 2026, was conducted via the open market. Following this acquisition, Sethia's total holding in the company increased from 73.031% to 73.096%. The total equity share capital of the company remains 10,19,55,213 shares.
