Western Carriers Promoter Rajendra Sethia acquires 1,00,000 shares

Mr. Rajendra Sethia, Promoter, Chairman, and Managing Director of Western Carriers (India) Ltd, has acquired 1,00,000 equity shares of the company from the open market on September 18, 2026. This acquisition represents 0.098% of the total issued and paid-up share capital. Following this transaction, Mr. Sethia's total shareholding in the company increased from 72.830% to 72.928%. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
