Western Ministil Ltd Acquires 100% Shares of Micron Calcite Private Limited for ₹4.54 Crore

Western Ministil Ltd has announced the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Micron Calcite Private Limited at a price of ₹454 per share, as per the valuation report. The total consideration for the acquisition is ₹4.54 crore, which will be paid in cash. Upon completion of the acquisition, Micron Calcite Private Limited will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Western Ministil Limited. The acquisition is expected to facilitate the further expansion of Western Ministil Limited's business.
