Western Ministil Ltd Acquires 100% Stake in Micron Calcite Private Limited for ₹45.4 Million

Western Ministil Ltd has announced the acquisition of 10,000 equity shares of X10 each of Micron Calcite Private Limited, representing 100% of its paid-up share capital. The total consideration for the acquisition is ₹45.4 million, which will be paid in cash. Upon completion of the acquisition, Micron Calcite Private Limited will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Western Ministil Limited. The acquisition is expected to facilitate the further expansion of Western Ministil's business.
