Western Ministil Postpones 52nd AGM Due to Unavoidable Circumstances

Western Ministil Ltd has announced the postponement of its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) originally scheduled for September 9, 2026. The decision was made by the Board of Directors due to unavoidable circumstances. Consequently, all previously communicated details regarding the AGM, including its date, time, venue, cut-off date, and book closure dates, are cancelled. The company will inform the stock exchange once a new date and other details for the AGM are decided. Corrections will be made to the Notice, Board's Report, and Annual Report at the next board meeting.
