Western Overseas to Rename to Western Overseas Global Solutions

Western Overseas Study Abroad Ltd announced board resolutions approving the convening of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 31, 2026. The company also proposed a name change to Western Overseas Global Solutions Limited, subject to member approval. Other key decisions include altering the Memorandum of Association, re-appointing PDM & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, and appointing Ms. Ambika Jindal as an Additional Director. Revisions to the remuneration of the Managing Director and Whole-Time Director were also approved. The register of members and share transfer books will close from August 24 to August 31, 2026, for the AGM.
