WeWork India Management Ltd Adds 2100 Desks in Hyderabad to Cater to Incremental Demand

WeWork India Management Ltd, formerly known as WeWork India Management Private Limited, has entered into a Sub-Lease Deed for capacity addition in Hyderabad, measuring 1,45,114 square feet. This addition will result in an increase in its operational capacity by approximately 2100 desks. The proposed capacity is expected to be added tentatively by July 2026. The investment of approximately INR 32 Crore will be financed through internal accruals or debt. The rationale behind this capacity addition is to cater to incremental demand and enhance the company’s operational capacity in line with business growth.
