WeWork India Management Ltd Adds 2,605 Desks in Chennai to Cater to Incremental Demand

WeWork India Management Ltd, formerly known as WeWork India Management Private Limited, has entered into a Lease Deed for capacity addition in Chennai, admeasuring 1,41,392 square feet. This will result in an increase in its operational capacity by approximately 2,605 desks. The proposed capacity is to be added tentatively on or before July, 2026. The investment required for this capacity addition is INR 35 Crore, which will be financed through internal accruals and debt. The existing capacity is 1,21,638 desks with an existing capacity utilization of 83.90% as at December 31, 2025. This capacity addition is to cater to incremental demand and to enhance the Company’s operational capacity in line with business growth.
