WeWork India Management Ltd Expands Capacity in Bengaluru by 1,829 Desks

WeWork India Management Ltd, formerly known as WeWork India Management Private Limited, has entered into a Lease Deed for capacity addition in Bengaluru, admeasuring 95,351 square feet. This will result in an increase in its operational capacity by approximately 1,829 desks. The proposed capacity is to be added tentatively on or before June, 2026. The investment required is approximately INR 28 Crore, which will be financed through internal accruals and debt. The existing capacity is 1,21,638 desks with an existing capacity utilization of 83.90% as at December 31, 2025. The rationale behind this capacity addition is to cater to incremental demand and to enhance the Company’s operational capacity in line with business growth.
