WeWork India Management Ltd to Add Capacity in Bengaluru by 2,327 Desks

WeWork India Management Ltd, formerly known as WeWork India Management Private Limited, has entered into a Lease Deed for capacity addition in Bengaluru, admeasuring 1,51,201 square feet. This will result in an increase in its operational capacity by approximately 2,327 desks. The existing capacity is 1,21,638 desks with a utilization of 83.90%. The proposed capacity is to be added tentatively on or before June, 2026. The investment required is approximately INR 32 Crore, which will be financed through internal accruals or debt. The rationale behind this capacity addition is to cater to incremental demand and to enhance the Company’s operational capacity in line with business growth.
