WH Brady: Land Converted to Freehold, ₹9.77 Cr Paid

WH Brady & Company Ltd. announced that the Office of the Collector and District Magistrate, Mumbai City, has converted the land of the company admeasuring 1012.54 sq. mtrs at Brady House, Mumbai from leasehold to freehold. The company paid ₹9,76,61,234 towards conversion charges. The property card has been endorsed from Occupier Class II to Occupier Class I. The company received the endorsed property card and Survey Register on May 21, 2026. This conversion strengthens the company's ownership rights and enhances the property value.
