WH Brady Reappoints Cyrus Vachha as Independent Director

WH Brady & Company Ltd announced the reappointment of Mr. Cyrus Vachha as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective September 29, 2026, to September 28, 2031. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with segment-wise revenue and a limited review report from statutory auditors M/s. J. G. Verma & Co. The notice for the 113th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 26, 2026, was also approved.
