Siddheshwar Advisory Private Limited, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has acquired 64,000 equity shares of Wherrelz IT Solutions Limited through an off-market transfer. This acquisition increases their total holding to 90,400 shares, representing 23.21% of the total share capital. The transaction occurred on August 27, 2026.
