Whirlpool of India Announces Senior Management Changes

Whirlpool of India Ltd has announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) effective July 27, 2026. Abhish Jain has been appointed as Head- Financial Planning and Analysis, reporting to Executive Director and CFO Aditya Jain. Jain brings approximately 12 years of finance experience, including roles in commercial finance, FP&A, and manufacturing finance, with expertise in forecasting automation and cash flow management. He previously worked with Whirlpool Corporation in the US. Concurrently, Charu Aggarwal, the current Head- Financial Planning and Analysis, will transition to the role of Head- Commercial Finance, also reporting to the CFO. These changes are approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendations.
