Whirlpool of India Appoints New Trustees for ESOP Trust

Whirlpool of India Ltd has announced the appointment of four new trustees to its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Trust. The appointed trustees include three employee representatives: Debopriya Sengupta (Vice-President – Human Resource), Ankur Jolly (Vice-President – Legal), and Shivank Aggarwal (Internal Auditor). Additionally, Manoj Khanna has been appointed as the independent trustee, replacing a previously proposed corporate trustee. These appointments are in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company's postal ballot notice.
