White Organic Agro Board Approves Un-audited Results, MD Reappointment

White Organic Agro Limited's Board of Directors met on August 14, 2026, approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Board also approved the reappointment of Mr. Darshak Rupani as Managing Director for a further three-year term, effective November 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the meeting finalized the date and venue for the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, and approved the annual report and draft notice for the AGM. Remuneration for Non-Executive Director Mr. Prashantt Rupani and the re-appointment of a retiring director were also approved, pending shareholder consent. M/s. Rachana Maru Furia & Associates were appointed as Scrutinizers for the AGM.
