White Organic Agro: MD Darshak Rupani Re-appointed for 3 Years

White Organic Agro Limited's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Darshak Rupani as Managing Director for a further term of three years, effective November 14, 2026. This decision is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Rupani, who has been MD since August 2011, is an IT graduate with over 18 years of experience in hospitality and retail, and is actively involved in the company's administrative and financial management. He is the brother of Director Mr. Prashantt Rupani and is not debarred from holding directorship by any SEBI order.
