Wim Plast Ltd Reports 7.16% Revenue Growth in F.Y. 2024-25, Proposes Merger with Cello World Limited

Wim Plast Ltd, a leading plastic-moulded furniture manufacturer, reported a 7.16% increase in revenue, reaching ₹367 crores in F.Y. 2024-25. The company's profit after tax also grew to ₹57.35 crores. Wim Plast maintained its dividend payout of ₹12 crores. The company offers a wide range of products under the 'CELLO' brand and serves various customer segments. During the year, Wim Plast launched 28 new products and made significant strides in its innovation agenda. The company has filed a merger application with Cello World Limited, offering 0.86 shares of Cello World for every share held. The merger will result in two separate businesses: manufacturing and finance. The stock exchange has already approved the scheme, and post-approval processes are underway.
