Windlas Biotech Approves FY26 Results, Recommends ₹6.30 Dividend

Windlas Biotech Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹6.30 per equity share (126% of face value ₹5).
