Windsor Machines Ltd. has completed the acquisition of non-agriculture land located at Chibhda, Rajkot, Gujarat. The company finalized the registration of the conveyance deed on May 22, 2026, transferring ownership and possession. This acquisition, initially approved on November 8, 2025, involves land measuring approximately 77,198 square meters at Revenue Survey Nos. 1147, 1148, 1149, and 1177. The purchase consideration for the land is ₹55.00 Crore, as per the agreement with M/s. Swastik Realty.
