Windsor Machines Ltd. Signs Business Transfer and Technology License Agreement with Kunhe Anlagenbau GMBH

Windsor Machines Ltd. has announced entering into a Business Transfer and Technology License Agreement with Kunhe Anlagenbau GMBH, a German company. According to the agreement, Windsor will acquire the rights to use Kunhe's technology and know-how for producing upward extrusion plastic blown film lines. The agreement includes rights to the 'Smart Bubble' business and prohibits Kunhe from producing these lines further. Windsor will have perpetual use of the technology for its Smart Bubble Business across all worldwide markets.
