Windsor Machines reconstitutes Stakeholders Relationship Committee

Windsor Machines Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC). Mr. Manoj Dineshchandra Antani, a Non-Executive Independent Director and existing member, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the SRC. The Board of Directors passed a circular resolution on September 18, 2026, to effect this change. The committee now comprises Mr. Manoj Dineshchandra Antani as Chairperson, and Mr. Vinay Bansod (Whole Time Director) and Mr. Hitendrabhai Hasmukhbhai Patel (Executive Director) as Members.
