Winsome Textile Expands Dye House, Modernizes Spinning Machinery for ₹170 Cr

Winsome Textile Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has approved a significant expansion and modernization project for its Dye House and spinning machinery. The project, estimated at ₹170 Crores, aims to increase yarn spinning capacity from 108,288 to 110,352 spindles and dyeing capacity from 12,715 MT/Year to 15,972 MT/Year. It also includes environmental infrastructure upgrades like effluent recycling and ETP modernization. This expansion is expected to broaden the product portfolio, attract high-value buyers, secure new orders, optimize operating costs, and enhance environmental sustainability. Funding will be through internal accruals and debt, with completion targeted by March 31, 2028.
