Shilpa Bagrodia, part of the promoter group of Winsome Textile Industries Limited, has disclosed an increase in her shareholding. The acquisition involved purchasing 92,000 shares from the open market on June 22, 2026. This transaction has raised her total shareholding to 1,260,754 shares, representing 6.3610% of the total voting capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 19,820,000 shares of Rs 10/- each.
