Winsome Yarns Appoints New Directors at AGM

Winsome Yarns Ltd announced significant management changes following its 36th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Shareholders approved the regularization and appointment of six additional directors to key positions. Mr. Vipan Kumar has been appointed as Managing Director for a three-year term. Mr. Avnish Bansal will serve as Non-executive Chairman and Non-independent Director for five years. Mrs. Parul Bansal is appointed as Women Non-executive and Non-independent Director. Additionally, Mr. Mahesh Fogla, Mr. Sanjeev Khubchand Nahar, and Mr. Bibhudutta Satpathy have been appointed as Non-executive and Independent Directors. These appointments are effective from their respective approval dates and are subject to retirement by rotation.
