Winsome Yarns Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the sale/purchase or any kind of dealing in the securities of the company. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, which prohibits all designated persons and their immediate relatives from dealing with the securities of the company during this period.
