NCLT Approves Resolution Plan for Winsome Yarns

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench, has approved the resolution plan for Winsome Yarns Limited. This approval, dated April 16, 2026, follows an earlier disclosure on April 17, 2026, and is in accordance with sections 30(6) and 31(1) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The resolution plan was submitted by Mohini Health & Hygiene Limited, with Anil Kohli serving as the Resolution Professional. The Corporate Debtor, Winsome Yarns, was engaged in manufacturing cotton yarn and hydropower. The insolvency process commenced following a petition by Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited.
