Winsome Yarns' Q3 2025 Results Delayed Due to Insolvency Resolution Process

Winsome Yarns Limited, incorporated in 1990, has experienced a delay in submitting its Q3 2025 results due to being in a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) since December 2023. The NCLT admitted the CIRP application filed by Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited under section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Mr. Sanjay Gupta was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional, and later M/s. ARCK Resolution Professionals LLP as the Resolution Professional. The Committee of Creditors approved the Resolution Plan submitted by M/s Mohini Health & Hygiene Limited. The approved Resolution Plan is pending adjudication by the NCLT. The Resolution Professional is facing challenges in finalizing the results due to limited employees and insufficient funds. Winsome Yarns is working to finalize the necessary compliances and submit the results at the earliest.
