Winsome Yarns Sets July 31 Record Date for Share Capital Reduction

Winsome Yarns Limited has announced Friday, July 31, 2026, as the record date for the reduction, cancellation, and extinguishment of its existing paid-up share capital, as per the NCLT Order dated April 16, 2026. This corporate action will significantly reduce the shareholding of erstwhile promoters from approximately 2.73 crore shares to zero. Existing public shareholding will also be reduced from about 4.33 crore shares to 1,31,579 shares. The record date is crucial for implementing the approved Resolution Plan.
