Board approves KMP changes, re-appoints Chairman, Vice Chairman, MD

The Board of Directors of 507817, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved several key appointments and re-appointments. M/s RB Verma & Associates were appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Mr. Pramod Agarwal was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective May 28, 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kishan Kumar Khaitan as Chairman, Dr. Mahendra Khaitan as Vice Chairman (previously MD), and Mr. Devesh Khaitan as Managing Director (previously Jt. MD), each for a five-year term from April 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Bhagirath Modi was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee.
