Women Networks Ltd Closes Trading Window Until After Q3 and Nine Months Results for 2025

Women Networks Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window effective from 1st January 2026. The window will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. This closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure applies to all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Senior Management Personnel, and their immediate relatives.
