Women Networks Ltd to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results on February 12, 2026

Women Networks Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also consider any other business with the permission of the Chairman. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and Senior Management Personnel along with their immediate relatives covered under the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025.
