Wonder Electricals FY26 PAT ₹9.11 Cr, Q4 PAT ₹7.18 Cr

Wonder Electricals Limited announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. For the full fiscal year 2026, the company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹911.42 Lakhs (₹9.11 Crores) on a revenue from operations of ₹65,474.96 Lakhs (₹654.75 Crores). In the fourth quarter of FY2026, PAT was ₹718.40 Lakhs (₹7.18 Crores) with revenue from operations at ₹25,219.88 Lakhs (₹252.20 Crores). The Board also approved the redemption of 4,00,000 unlisted 5% non-convertible, non-participating, and non-cumulative redeemable preference shares, each with a face value of ₹100.
