Wonder Electricals FY26 PAT down to ₹911.42 Lakhs; Q4 PAT at ₹718.40 Lakhs

Wonder Electricals Limited announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. For FY26, the company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹911.42 Lakhs, a significant decrease from ₹1,901.72 Lakhs in FY25. Revenue from operations for FY26 also declined to ₹65,474.96 Lakhs from ₹89,450.12 Lakhs in the previous year. In Q4 FY26, PAT stood at ₹718.40 Lakhs, down from ₹1,162.66 Lakhs in Q4 FY25, with Q4 revenue at ₹25,219.88 Lakhs compared to ₹31,202.87 Lakhs in the prior year's corresponding quarter. The Board also approved the redemption of 400,000 unlisted 5% preference shares.
