Workmates Core2Cloud Declares ₹2 Interim Dividend

Workmates Core2Cloud Solution Ltd has declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for the dividend payment is set for May 22, 2026. The Board of Directors approved this decision along with the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, at their meeting held on May 14, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Prateek Kohli & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor and M/s. S A M P & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and Adfactors PR Private Limited as the Investor Relations Agency.
