Worldwide Aluminium Ltd (formerly known as Worldwide Leatherexports Ltd.) has submitted the proceedings of its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2024-25, which was held on Tuesday, 30th September 2025. The company regrets an unintentional oversight by the Compliance Officer that led to the late submission of the proceedings.
