Worth Investment Board Meeting on Nov 13 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

Worth Investment & Trading Co Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 13, 2026. The primary agenda items include the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. Additionally, the meeting will address any other business as permitted by the Chair. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also closed its trading window from October 1, 2026, which will remain shut for 48 hours post the financial results announcement.
