Worth Peripherals Ltd Re-appoints Smt. Amarveer Kaur Chadha as Whole Time Director

Worth Peripherals Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Smt. Amarveer Kaur Chadha as a Whole Time Director for a period of three years, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The re-appointment will be effective from 1st June, 2026 to 31st May, 2029. Smt. Chadha holds a Master of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and has been a Promotor of the Company since its inception. She has over 19 years of experience in the Human Resources Department and has significantly contributed to the Company’s growth and employee development. The Company's CSR policy has also been updated and is available on the Company's website. The approval of the Notice of Postal Ballot will be conducted by the Company, with the cut-off date for Members eligible to receive the Notice and Vote on the proposed resolutions being Friday, March, 13, 2026.
