WPIL Ltd has changed its registered office address from Trinity Plaza, Topsia Road (South), Kolkata-700046 to Godrej Genesis Building, Unit No. 1404, 14™ Floor, Plot, XI-9,10,13 &14, Block EP&GP, Sector V, Salt Lake City, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata 700091, West Bengal with immediate effect. The decision was made due to the need for more office space to efficiently administer operations. The company has authorized General Manager (Finance) and Company Secretary or any Director to execute all necessary documents for the purpose of giving effect to this resolution along with filing of E-form INC.22 as return of Change in address of registered office with the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata West Bengal.
