WSFx Global Pay Appoints Padmini Dhuru as Independent Director

WSFx Global Pay Ltd announced changes in its management following its 39th Annual General Meeting. Ms. Padmini Yash Dhuru has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Srikrishna Narasimhan has been re-appointed as Executive Director, Whole-Time Director & CEO. Ms. Dhuru brings over three decades of experience in audit, taxation, and information security, while Mr. Narasimhan has extensive experience in forex and fintech, having led the company's digital transformation.
