Xtglobal Infotech declares interim dividend of ₹0.05 per share

Xtglobal Infotech Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 5, 2026, approved an interim dividend of ₹0.05 per equity share for FY 2026-27. The record date for this dividend is September 23, 2026. The Board also approved convening the 38th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, and recommended the re-appointment of M/s. C. Ramachandram & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term. Additionally, the Board recommended the re-appointment of Ms. Vuppuluri Sreedevi as Director and Whole-time Director, and the appointment of Mr. Jitesh Raghu Mullapudi as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and Mr. Venkata Madhusudhana Rao Paladugu as Independent Director, all subject to shareholder approval.
