XTGlobal Infotech Limited Reports 1.55% Revenue Growth in FY2024-25, Announces Strategic Investments

XTGlobal Infotech Limited reported a 1.55% increase in standalone revenue to INR 7,437 lakhs in FY2024-25. However, profit before tax declined by 36.66% and net profit reduced by 38.33%. The decline is attributed to strategic investments, including acquisitions and allotment of ESOPs. On a consolidated basis, revenue increased by 7.49% to INR 23,596 lakhs. The company made significant strides during the year, increasing its stake in Network Objects Inc. to 51.33% and allotting 5,93,750 equity shares under the Employee Stock Benefit Scheme 2020. Both statutory and secretarial audits were completed with no qualifications or adverse remarks, reaffirming the company's strong governance framework.
