Xtglobal Infotech Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and insiders. The closure will be effective from 01 April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited (standalone & consolidated) financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider and approve the financial results will be intimated separately.
