Yaashvi Jewellers Board Approves FY26 Report, Calls AGM

Yaashvi Jewellers Limited's Board of Directors met on September 2, 2026, approving the Board Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved convening the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026. A significant decision was the acceptance of the resignation of M/s ARS and Company as Statutory Auditors, effective September 2, 2026. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, M/s AKSA and Company has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, to fill the casual vacancy.
