Trading Window Closure for Yajur Fibres Ltd's Audited Financial Results until April 3, 2026

Yajur Fibres Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons for dealing in securities of the Company. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results will be informed in due course.
