Yamini Investments Company Ltd. Proposes Diversification into Agricultural Business

Yamini Investments Company Ltd. has proposed to diversify into agricultural business as part of its diversification plans. The company has amended its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) notice to include an additional agenda item for alteration in the main object clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company. The proposed alteration will enable the company to carry on agricultural business activity as one of the main business activities and not as an ancillary business activity. This will facilitate diversification, enlarge the company's area of operations, and allow it to carry on its business economically and efficiently. The proposed alteration will be effective upon the registration of the resolution with the Registrar of the Companies.
